Bishop Tony M. Fisher, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of World Impact Church in Lowell, NC. A native New Yorker and product of the New York City Public School System, he devoted his life to the Lord at a young age. He served as a Junior Usher and Junior Trustee at Family Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Robert T. Washington. Additionally, Bishop-Elect Fisher served under the Late Pastor Nathaniel and Brenda White of the Bronx Deliverance Tabernacle as an Elder and President of the usher board. After relocating to upstate New York, he served as a Youth Pastor at Greater Tabernacle Full Gospel Church under the leadership of Bishop Donald L. Rudolph.
On January 24, 1999, Bishop Fisher was ordained by the Late Bishop James H. Everett, Jr. Following his ordination, he served as Senior Pastor of God’s Restoration Deliverance Family Church in Middletown, New York.
After a 20-year career with the New York City Police Department, Bishop Fisher retired and relocated his family to Charlotte, NC. He is the founder of Word Impact Church & Word Impact Fellowship of Churches in Lowell, NC, a progressive church in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC.
Bishop Fisher has been married to his beautiful wife for over 42 years, who serves alongside him in ministry as Co-Pastor. He is a proud father of two children: Pastor TJ, married to Min. Novia Fisher, and Daughter Jennifer, married to Deacon Tommy Brown, all of whom play integral roles in the ministry. He is also a very proud grandfather of five.

Pastor Vivian Fisher is a native New Yorker and a product of the New York City Public School System. She attended Deliverance Evangelistic Center in Brooklyn, New York, under the leadership of the late Apostle Arturo Skinner, where she served as an usher and sang in the 500-voice choir. Pastor Vivian later attended Bronx Deliverance under the leadership of the late Pastor Nathaniel and late Pastor Brenda White, where she served in various capacities . She also served as a youth pastor alongside her husband at Greater Tabernacle under the leadership of late Apostle Donald Rudolph Jr. Pastor Vivian was ordained as a minister in January 1999 under the leadership of the late Bishop James H. Everett Jr. of Deliverance Jesus is Coming Church.
Pastor Vivian graduated from Sparrow Springs Community Bible College, earning her Bachelor's degree in Theology. After a 20-year tenure at the New York Stock Exchange, she pursued cosmetology at The Beauty School of Middletown, NY, obtaining her license. She subsequently established the Hair of Excellence beauty salon, where she frequently ministers to her clientele.
Pastor Vivian has organized numerous Women of Wisdom conferences, focusing on health, beauty, and worship. She is married to Bishop Tony M. Fisher, Sr., who pastors Word Impact Church in Lowell, NC, a progressive church in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. Serving as Co-Pastor alongside her husband, Pastor Fisher enjoys spending her spare time with her family, traveling, watching movies, and reading. She takes pride in her role as a mother of two and grandmother of five.
